Dear Craig,

I was studying the IELTS upper intermediate course at Languages International from September to December last year and my IELTS teacher was Sally McGregor. I am writing to you to let you know that I really appreciate all the hard work that Sally put in with me during the course (as she did with everybody in my group) and for all the knowledge she passed on. Sally is a highly proficient, positive, enthusiastic lady who created a great working atmosphere in the class.

After completing the course, I sat the IELTS exam for the first time in my life and my score was 6 which is enough for me to attend University. That is thanks to Sally.

I enjoyed the IELTS classes with Sally a lot, which were very helpful in my preparation for the exam.
