• Water, power, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price
• No bond is taken but credit card details are recorded at check-in and any damage or incidental costs are to be paid by the guest before check-out
• Cancellations:
  • If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled less than 15 days before check-in, 1 week’s accommodation charge is not refundable
  • If a booking is cancelled after check-in, the first 2 weeks’ accommodation charge is not refundable
  • After the first week of a stay, 2 weeks’ notice of shortening/cancellation must be given
