Recently, some students from Languages International Christchurch went on a wine tasting tour through the Waipara valley in Canterbury. They visited 3 wineries where they tasted different varieties of wine; they went on a vintage train ride through the Waipara Countryside and enjoyed a typical Kiwi Barbecue.
Let’s hear what Pamela thought about the trip:
“The winery tour was a great experience. We visited two vineyards in the Waipara and tasted some varieties of wines produced in the area. I think we should not miss trying the white wine, it’s delicious!
Besides the trip included a tour of Woodend Beach, a train ride in Weka Pass Railway and a BBQ.
It was fun to share with other people from different schools of English and the
Languages International classmates.”
