Also has extensive administrative experience in education and other industries in New Zealand and overseas.  She has an interest in English for Specific Purposes and Professional Development for the workplace. Dérene has been involved in literacy training and curriculum development in her work with the New Zealand Police since mid 2009.

Has been teaching English since 1998 in Japan, Korea and New Zealand. Her professional interests include sociolinguistics and English for Specific Purposes. Charlie has been involved in literacy training and curriculum development in her work with the New Zealand Police since mid 2009.

Has taught in New Zealand since 2001. Her specialism is Business English. Outside her teaching, she has considerable experience running her own business.

Has taught ESL in Australia, England and New Zealand since 2001 and has trained TESOL teachers since 2008. Is currently co-managing the school's Auckland Learning Centre and is an adult literacy tutor.
