Costs 2010:

Rates are for 1 person and include power, phone and internet connection. Charges apply for use of phone and internet. Extra person in Studio $50.00 per week.

$550.00 Bond is payable on arrival (or provision of Credit Card details) to cover any outstanding phone and internet charges or damage. $500 is refunded subject to a final room inspection on departure. ($50 administration fee is non-refundable.)

Residents are responsible for the cleaning of their rooms and washing of bedding during their stay. LivingSpace can do full Room Cleans on request for $35.00.

No cleaning fee is charged on departure unless the room is excessively dirty or damaged
