UniLodge Accommodation
UniLodge Auckland provides a high standard of student accommodation at its two connected properties, UniLodge on Anzac and UniLodge on Beach, joined by a covered walkway. Students can live in single studio, one bedroom or two bedroom apartments. The prices shown above are for one person staying in the apartment; an extra person can also stay in the one or two-bedroom apartments for $30 per week. Student apartments are fully furnished and self contained, and students feel safe as each apartment operates with full security access. |

Empire is situated only 10 to 15 minutes’ on foot from Languages International, Queen St, shops, entertainment venues, banks, restaurants and Auckland’s universities. |
Empire Accommodation
Empire offers single and twin rooms in shared three-bedroom apartments. Each room is equipped with a phone line and broadband internet facilities (extra fee applies).
Studio and two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments are also available.
Two and three-bedroom apartments contain a small kitchen, bathroom and small living and dining area. Empire also provides coin-operated laundry facilities and two on-site restaurants. |

Conditions
- Minimum stay 2 weeks
- A booking cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received.
- Bookings can only be confirmed for the period that has been paid for.
- Two weeks’ notice is required to change the length of stay of a booking. Languages International will refund any prepaid fees after the two week notification period.
- Accommodation fees are to be paid directly to Languages International in advance.
Other Notes
Bedding & Linen
Duvet and pillow provided (no extra cost). All bed linen is provided and washed once a week (no extra cost). Weekly linen change includes change of pillow case and sheets. Towels are not included. Towels are available at reception to buy.

Monthly line rental price: $30 per month (no set-up fee). Call charges apply.
Internet*
Normal charge is $10 per 7 -day use with maximum 2G data allowance. See reception to set up.
