Auckland Buildings
Languages International offers a unique learning environment. You
have the benefit of being based right in the heart of the city,
but surrounded by the beautiful gardens of Albert Park. You also
have easy access to the facilities of the University of Auckland,
which is centred on Princes Street, opposite our school.

23
Princes Street houses 6 classrooms, the Learning Centre,
the library, quiet study rooms and a spacious student lounge with
kitchen facilities, vending machines, and computers available for
personal e-mail and Internet use.
|
27 Princes Street houses
the main reception, administration staff and 2 classrooms,
and is the place to go when you arrive on your first
day. It also contains the teachers' rooms and the
office of the Director of Studies, who can answer
questions about your course or classes.
|
29 Princes Street houses
5 classrooms on the ground floor of this very attractive historic
building. The back of the building flows into Albert Park and
is a particularly nice spot for break times.
|
31 Princes Street contains
13 classrooms and various conference and meeting rooms. The views
of Albert Park are particularly stunning from these classrooms
and the building itself has a very grand and historic feeling.
|
'Chancery Chambers',
is situated on the corner of Chancery Lane and O'Connell Street, a 4 minute
walk across Albert Park from our Princes Street buildings. We occupy
the first and second floors, which contain 17 classrooms and a large
student lounge with kitchen facilities, drinks machines and computers
for students' study, e-mail and Internet use. The building is also
occupied by the Auckland District Law Society. Right outside the
door of Chancery Chambers are the lively High Street and Chancery
shopping areas, home to many of Auckland's designer fashion boutiques,
bars and cafés, and the 5-star Ascott Metropolis Hotel. |
