I will carefully place you in the right level on your first day and help you plan the course of study that best suits your needs. During your course, you can come to me with any questions about your course. I will always do my best to help.
	Kate Rouse BA PGCE CELTA MA TESOL Director of Studies (Christchurch) Here in Christchurch, my job is to look after the teaching programme and arrange the classes and timetables. I will meet you on your first day and place you in a class appropriate to your level. During your stay with us I am responsible for your academic progress, and you are always welcome to talk to me about any aspect of your studies.
	Brett Shirreffs MA MApp Ling PG Dip Bus Admin CTEFLA Marketing Manager My role is to oversee the marketing activities of Languages International, and take care of the Asian students in our Auckland school. I also deal with our partners in the Asian market.
	Mark Hetherington *Bcom, GradDipCom, ACA* Finance Manager My role is to oversee the day to day financial issues and ensure that all financial aspects of your stay here in New Zealand are handled efficiently and accurately.
	Bhavina Surti ACCA Projects and Administration Manager I manage the Administration area for Languages International. My aim is to ensure the Student Services team provide a high standard of service and to ensure your stay at Languages International is one that you will not forget. I also coordinate projects that come up throughout the year, and I am responsible for Health and Safety at Languages International.
	Craig Thaine MAppLing (Hons) DTEFLA Director of Teacher Training I am responsible for our Teacher Education Centre (LITEC), where you can take the Cambridge courses in English Language Teaching and TESOL training courses. I also look after the professional development of teachers and trainers at Languages International.
