Imagine being invited to spend 6 weeks in New Zealand learning English and visiting some of the most exciting places in the country. A dream come true, right? Well that dream did come true for one lucky student.

Ayumi Maruyama, a design student from Musashino Art University in Tokyo, is English New Zealand‘s first “Great Study Tour blogger“. This has given Ayumi the opportunity to study at six English language schools in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. In week 6 of Ayumi’s tour she’ll be studying at Languages International.

It’s not all study and no play for Ayumi, though. Kiwiana Tours has already taken her horseriding and to Hobbiton, the original movie set for Peter Jackson’s The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit movies. Over the next few weeks, Kiwiana’s going to take her to Rotorua, Taupo, Waitomo Caves and the Bay of Islands.

You can follow Ayumi’s adventures in New Zealand on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and her blog.
