Hello
my name is Séverine and I am the European counsellor here at Languages
International. I am here to help you adapt to living in Auckland and
will help make sure you get the most out of your stay. I am originally
from the south of France and speak fluent French and quite good German.
On the first day we will talk about the differences here in New
Zealand and how to adapt. I will explain the habits and customs
of Kiwi homestay families, what people usually do in the weekends,
how to change money, open bank accounts, the mail system, how to
call home and other things. We will also talk about what is nearby
Languages International and what is good to do here in Auckland.
I
will be at Languages International on Mondays to help you with your
questions. I work together with the coordinator of your stay, the
Accommodation & Student Welfare department and your teachers to
ensure your goals and wishes for your
stay here in Auckland are reached.

Bonjour, je m’appelle Séverine est je suis conseillère pour les étudiants européens ici à Languages International.
Je suis là pour vous aider à vous retrouver dans votre vie à Auckland et je vous aiderai à faire le maximum de votre séjour ici. Je suis d’origine française et je parle couramment français et allemand.
Le premier jour à l’école nous parlerons de la vie quotidienne ici en Nouvelle Zélande et comment vous adapter. Je vous parlerai des coutumes et de la vie quotidienne des familles d’accueil kiwi, de ce qu’on peut faire le week-end, comment changer vos devises et ouvrir un compte bancaire, comment appeler votre pays et envoyer du courrier, et plein d’autres choses. Je vous montrerai aussi les environs de Languages International et je vous donnerai des idées sur ce qu’on peut faire à Auckland.
Vous me trouverez tous les lundis a Languages International afin de repondre a vos questions. Je travaille avec le coordinateur de votre séjour, le département de l’hébergement et du bien-être des étudiants, ainsi qu’avec vos professeurs pour assurer que vos buts et souhaits pour votre séjour ici à Auckland se réalisent.

Hallo, mein Name ist Séverine und ich bin der Counsellor für unsere europäischen Studenten bei Languages International.
Ich bin hier um Ihnen zu helfen, sich in Auckland einzuleben und werde
Ihnen dabei behilflich sein, das Maximum aus Ihrem Aufenthalt zu
machen. Ich komme aus Frankreich und spreche fliessend französich und
schon gut deutsch.
Am ersten Tag werden wir über das Leben in Neuseeland sprechen und wie man sich am besten anpasst. Ich werde Ihnen die Lebensweise einer neuseeländischen Gastfamilie erklären, was man am Wochenende unternehmen kann, wie man Geld wechselt, ein Bankkonto eröffnet, wie die Post funktioniert, wie man am besten nach Hause anruft und vieles mehr. Ich werde Ihnen auch die Umgebung von Languages International zeigen und Ihnen Tipps geben, was man in Auckland machen kann.
Ich bin am Montags in Languages International um Ihre Frage zu beantworten. Ich arbeite in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Koordinator ihres Aufenthaltes, der Unterkunfts - und Studentenbetreuungs - Abteilung , sowie mit Ihren Lehrern, um sicher zu stellen, dass Ihre Ziele und Wünsche für Ihren Aufenthalt hier in Auckland erfüllt werden.

皆さんはじめまして。私はランゲージインターナショナルの日本人カウンセラーの
理江です。皆さんがニュージーランドで新しい生活を始めるにあたり、様々
なお手伝いを致しております。そのいくつかをご紹介しましょう。
まず初めの日に授業や学校の設備について、またホームステイでの有意義な時間の
すごし方についてご説明・アドバイスを致します。さらにバスチケットの買い方、
銀行口座の開け方など日常生活に役立つインフォメーションも提供していきます。
私たちは皆さんにまず学校生活を基盤としたオークランドでの生活を楽しんでもら
うため、学校周囲のご案内もしております。
日本人カウンセラーは毎週月曜日に必ず学校におりますので、何か相談事や悩み事
がありましたら、いつでも気軽に声を掛けてください。ホームステイコーディネー
ター、教師全員とともに協力しながら、皆さんが充実したニュージーランド生活を
過ごされ、夢の現実に一歩でも多く近づけるように全力でお手伝い致します。

OLA! Meu nome e Gabriela e eu sou a conselheira para estudantes brasileiros no Languages International. Meu objetivo e facilitar a sua adaptação durante o tempo em que você estiver morando em Auckland e vou lhe ajudar para que você aproveite ao máximo sua estada.
No primeiro dia falaremos sobre o que e importante saber para melhor se adaptar a esta diferente cultura. Eu explicarei os hábitos e comportamento das famílias neozelandesas, o que as pessoas custumam fazer nos finais de semana, como trocar dinheiro, o sistema de correios, transporte, telefones e outras formas de comunicação. Também conversaremos sobre o que existe perto do Curso de Inglês e algumas dicas sobre o que ha de bom para se fazer ao redor de Auckland.
Todas as segundas-feiras eu estarei no Languages International para responder suas possíveis duvidas. Trabalho junto a coordenadora de sua estadia (homestay)e a equipe de professores e lhe apoiarei no que for preciso - seus desejos, necessidades e sentimentos - em relação a Nova Zelândia, sua vida familiar em Auckland e sua aprendizagem.

Давайте знакомиться. Я куратор русских студентов в «ЛИ». Мы с вами встретимся в первый день прибытия в колледж и я же буду помогать вам со всеми вопросами, связанными с вашим пребыванием в Новой Зеландии. В первый учебный день я расскажу вам о программе курсов и познакомлю вас с колледжем. Я также дам советы о том, как извлечь максимальную пользу для себя из вашего опыта проживания в англоговорящей семье. Также я разьясню вам основные особенности жизни в Окленде, включая такие практические детали, как и где купить студенческий проездной или как открыть счет в банке. Для вас также проводится экскурсия по корпусам колледжа и примыкающему к нему району города.
Самое главное - вы сможете встречаться со мной еженедельно, и задавать мне любые возникающие у вас вопросы. Я нахожусь в тесном контакте как с Координатором Студенческих Дел, так и с преподавательским составом, тем самым обеспечивая вам максимальную отдачу от вашего пребывания в Новой Зеландии.
Надеюсь, что вы поделитесь со мной своими планами, ожиданиями и целями, которые вы ставите перед собой - с тем, чтобы я могла помочь вам реализовать ваши амбиции.
