	Brian Corban QSO MA(Hons) LLB FIODNZ, FNZIM Chairman I was the lawyer involved in the formation of Languages International Ltd in 1978 and have been continuously involved ever since. I bring many years of experience as a lawyer and as a Chairman of many government boards and private company boards. This experience, plus monthly board meetings, enables me to ensure that the corporate governance of Languages International is always of the highest standard.
	Tim Livingstone FCA Company Secretary I have been the External Financial Advisor to the School since 1985 and Company Secretary since 1993. I monitor the financial performance of the school on a monthly basis and ensure the school follows conservative accounting practices. Part of this role is to ensure that student fees paid in advance are held in a Trust account managed by an independent trustee. It is a pleasure to be Secretary of such a successful business with a Chairman and Directors so committed to the highest standards of corporate governance.
